Gaga changed the direction of the album after bowie's death. That's when she started to work with Mark. RedOne songs were scrapped. Bookmark me.

By "what direction the album will take" he means if its gonna be pop (like her old stuff [bad romance etc] ) which is what she  produced with RedOne or rock or whatever new genre she's been producing with Mark and the boys.. 

But we know all this..cuz of Gaga/Mark insta pics.. Which means he is been told to say so or he is just beeing honest.. 

Result : we still know nothing about lg5

I think they might mean it doesn't have a release date as in they haven't been given one, or perhaps they would've directly quoted RedOne if he said it doesn't have one, maybe he just said he doesn't know when it's coming out? Idk. I have to say though that I think she's coming with a shocker of a surprise release and trying to create a huge calm before the storm.

Can you link me to it? Is it one of his Moroccan ones? What I don't get is that he has made some very generic poo music but then I think of Poker Face and Judas and it's a whole different world. I know Gaga is heavily involved in the making of her hits but I don't see that magic much from him anymore. Then again I don't go looking for his stuff.

I totally agree. It would seem that the only delay would be which direction she wants to go in, not necessarily not having one at all.

I don't understand why everyone thinks her best work would be with RedOne. It would seem to me (and as Judas shows) their work together seem to produce similar sounding songs. Not to mention his work with other artist is pretty generic. I mean you'd think we'd want more of her work with Mark and others versus something shall I say...

I think it's pretty clear what she is doing. She has a bunch of songs and tries different producers to figure out how these songs could sound according to the producer's unique style. And this is not something new. Redone had produced Eh Eh but his version was not chosen for the final cut.

So she spent some time with Redone, now she is spending time with MR. I'm not sure how Redone's sound can fit with MR's sound or even Elton John's sound. Unless he has changed his pattern. Personally I would prefer something coherent. 

The success factor will come mainly from brain washing management strategies so it doesn't really matter how generic the first song would be. And it is quite obvious now that the next big awards show is the VMA's  so expect something around that time, at least for the single. The album after 30th of September. She wouldn't like to compete with Adele at the Grammys. Can't wait to see what songs and producers she ends up choosing.

no, u better prepare yourself for a meltdown, there won't be RedOne songs, ha next ablum will be a lil bit more experimental, it will be critical acclaim but it wont be radio friendly so its not gonna be a katy perry chart wise succesful album, oops

Her music is gonna be awesome but everybody will rather to listen Kety Perry, Taylor or Britney, BOOKMARK ME
