Rachel Maddow looks at how a new inspector general's report on Hillary Clinton's violation of State Department e-mail rules describes the archaic archiving system Clinton was supposed to have followed.

Apparently the State Department still uses a "Print and File" system. Whenever you want to send or receive an e-mail, you need to print it and put it into a box.

This is the system that Clinton was supposed to follow in order to fully comply with the guidelines. She did hand over 52000 papers. She did note that Powell was never charged despite him not handing in a single e-mail.

THE SHADE towards the end was too much :air: She's right. This scandal may end up helping the government by forcing them to update their antiquated filing systems.

As climate changes advocates, all of us should denounce this practice and praise Hillary for her concerns regarding the environment :diane:

Spoiler

That was a joke.
