So framing the numbers in a way that distorts reality is lying. The video in the op tells you black women make less because they are "under valued". Yes, because blacks as a whole are discouraged from the maths and sciences at a young age by their teachers and fellow adults, followed by lacking of resources later on to improve their math and science abilities to succeed in such majors. In addition, there's also the push for blacks to move towards the humanities and social sciences to help the next generation, whether that's in understanding our cultural history and our experience in society, or by helping them with social support services.
