The unknown excites me more than what I've seen / heard many times before.

I'm therefore significantly more interested in seeing what she does with Mark.

Not sorry :firega:.

Oh you mean the people who like Just Dance/Poker Face/Bad Romance/Alejandro/Judas/Scheiße (among other masterpieces) have no taste?

2008 / 2008 / 2009 / 2009 / 2011 song that tanked on the charts / 2011

Meanwhile we're in 2016. Y'all are aware ?

Probably Mark because I think he'll take Gaga's writing to the next level. I want a brand new sound from her.

Not the song itself.

If she were to rehash its structure / sound for another song today, the result would be stale.

Like... what are you having trouble with ?

I would say RedOne, but I have a feeling she is avoiding EDM/Pop for LG5, and that is what he produces best. So I would have to say Ronson.

Gaga is going to go with the disco/funk genres, and if Ronson can produce something like Uptown Funk again then I am here for it.

In my messy era.

Hm. Good question tbh.
I'd say RedOne, cause then I have something to compare their work with which can be interesting. But I'm also looking forward to hear what Mark Ronson and Gaga can come up with. But for this one I'd go with RedOne. I mean out of all producers in the world, Gaga decides to go back to her old producer. There must be a reason for that. She must feel safe and understood by him. <3

You literally said "the stale bling from 5 years ago", but this is just splitting hairs now.

I'm having trouble with your focus on "songs that tank on charts" and "being in 2016", as if the chart position or the year of release have anything to do with the quality of a song :saladga:

I am as interested in Mark Ronson's work with Gaga as I am in her work with other (previous) producers, but what you and the other user I quoted before are doing is dismissing her biggest hits (as well as fan favorites) from the past and labeling them as outdated :duck:
