Not impressed by their arguments. Most of their song connections make absolutely no sense, nor does their overall logic.

Oh well. Some people apparently have a hard time appreciating something without slapping unnecessary accolades on to it.

What is not logical about it? It all makes perfect sense.

I think, Bionic was ahead of its time more than BTW tbh

This comparison does not make sense since these two albums have nothing in common.

How is it ahead of its time if the GP liked it when it was released? :saladga:

If anything ARTPOP was ahead of its time.

ARTPOP...please let it die peacefully...

Celebuzz :" Many things have been said about the notorious Amazon deal in which the standard edition of the album was sold for $0.99 for two days during the first week, resulting in 440,000 of the total million-plus haul. People still (!) bitch and whine about how those copies shouldn’t count, as if the 660,000 full-price units it moved in addition to the discounted units weren’t already remarkable. Five years later, the joke’s on the haters: we now live in a world in which free streams factor into chart placement (and count toward sales) and top-tier artists give their records away for free. A $0.99 price tag no longer seems too meager; in retrospect, it was shrewdly ahead of the times"

Really ahead of his time. :diane:

The journey through BTW is one of my best memory from this decade personally, love it so much.

So much shade & memories, you need to read it : http://www.celebuzz.com/2016-05-23/lady-gaga-born-this-way-five-year-anniversary-legacy-sales-impact-review/?utm_source=share-tw&utm_medium=button

releasing a personal and experimental record at the peak of her momentum is truly the reason why btw was ahead of its time. its sonic and lyrical adventurousness paved the way for other artists to also put out something fresh, innovative and daring. lemonade being the latest example. remember how basic b used to be?

Don't post this here. People will start lecturing you about how water can't be wet because the definition of wetness means something has been covered by water.
