Yes, but she used to belt F5 - G#5 efortlessy back in 2006 and since her vocals are back she showed some strainless F5s and F#5, searching on YouTube there are a lot of it. E.g 

Plus her sustained E5s/F5s from artRave. And even her nowdays belts sound better than Xtina's attempts of belting in upper chest register from first years of her career. Her tone is unique, it's undeniable but still we have artists with equally oraz even more unique tone so this argument doesn't appeal to me. I stress that I'm not a hater, I really like X's voice but still I think it's overrated and too limited to be called the voice of our generation

I have not seen a positive thing about Katy on here since like August. Still love her tho
