She isn't the presumptive nominee yet, in literal terms. Plus, it doesn't really matter if she's won it previously. Clinton lost the majority of southern states in 2008. You can't really compare Clinton's victories and losses to those in 2008 when you have a completely different candidate running against her. (Also, Kentucky was projected to be a Bernie state, anyways. He needed a blowout to be on track.) Kevin Parker, Mac Demarco, Mark Ronson, and a stoned Lady Gaga. Need I say more?
