Makes me wonder if I'm with the dumb people party, that can't get its shiit together...

I'm light enough to pass for white, I have green eyes and I can act straight. Most people can't believe I'm hispanic until I start speaking Spanish. My student loans payments don't affect my lifestyle, because I work hard and smart and never needed a handout. I won't have to live like Anne Frank. Trumps policies won't affect me, I can survive until I marry a nice British girl and divorce her after I get my papers and leave this mess of a country. Thanks to the "Bernie Bros," I have had to start thinking this way.

A mess. a kii. A Cackle. He'd probably win a third term if it were allowed, lets be real, and he could literally just campaign on his "I've done all of this **** in my two terms and we're better for it" and he would be right  

"The country may never recover"  I swear, being over the top is such a popular trait these days. They make it seem like directly because of Obama the country is in a bad place or worse than it was when it started, but where was all this talk about how absolutely catastrophic Bush was for this country  

When I was in middle school, in my conservative, racist, homophobic home town, almost all of the teachers wore black the day after it was announced that Obama had won the election. It wasn't a coincedence, it was literally them mourning the future of our country. The country didn't die overnight, they didn't all move to Canada (ironically more liberal?  ) etc. Obamacare/Affordable Care Act passed. The country didn't die overnight, all businesses didn't default and go out of business, millions of people were not suddenly without healthcare, etc. Gay Marriage became legal. Society did NOT collapse  

Reasons why I can't take Republicans and Conservatism seriously, excuse my rant.

It's a bit upsetting that the people Bernie has appealed to include so many people with the privilege to be mostly unaffected by the potential outcomes of a Trump presidency that they'd pick him over Hillary, totally ignoring that even preserving the status quo is better than a regression. (And I'd argue Hillary will advance the "status quo" as well  Just not as radically as Bernie would)

The Republican party is far more fractured than the Democratic party. At the end of the day, Bernie supporters will by and large flock behind Hillary because they're young and still sheep. That's not a dig at Bernie supporters. Hillary supporters are like that too, except their candidate actually won.
