Its $20 SGD for normal ones and some fancy ones are $25 singapore dollars it roughly translates to around $15 - 18 USD. 
There's a Funko store called Pop Life at Orchard Takashimaya and another store called Simply Toys sells them a lot too. 
Simply toys have a few branches, but the Vivo City one is the biggest I've been to.
