I find it difficult to take it seriously. I understand people do things they don't mean when they lose control, but you don't just accidentally become racist when you're angry.Ā

She's already proven her words mean nothing, let her actions be her apology. If she leaves the racial slurs and general attack of people behind, then it will be apparent she has has learned her lesson, but for now an Instagram picture isn't cutting it for me.Ā

I feel really bad for her. I know she's said some really disgusting things about every category of people but I know if she really had the stable choice to not do so she would. She has a bipolar disorder and something else that she admitted she won't ever divulge into. I definitely think she deserves consequences but I also don't think she deserves the hate she spews out to others neither. Two wrongs don't make a right.

I'm not sure if this apology is sincere or not but I hope it is. I also feel like the source of all of this anger has to do with growing up a poor black girl in a rough neighborhood in new york city (harlem). She had to work her ass off harder than the white students because she grew up acknowledging that colored people (black and asians) have to work extra hard because the system prefers whites. I live and grew up in NYC and I definitely see black, latino and asian people getting rejected from whites. The only minority group that has it easy in this city are light skinned hispanics.

I saw her periscope the other day and her tears were genuine to me when she talked about how she will never be taken seriously as a black woman by this white supremacy world. That kind of made me sad because a lot of black folks feel the same pain as her but don't want to voice their opinion because they don't want to fit the stereotype of being an "angry black woman" yet some white folks still demoralize these people as if they aren't human. Azealia can be a real asshole for attacking people on their looks but she's also been attacked by her looks from whites and I hate to say it..but even the latino community when they call her "Apezealia". Her anger is fueled by rejection and I like how she has an opinion about just about everything.Ā

What she said towards Zayn and Skai was totally out of line and she needs to get punished for it BUT she's also human and deserves forgiveness. It's not like she killed anyone or something. I think she as a human has potential to become a better woman and make great things out of her life. She is blessed with immense talent which a lot of people aren't born with. I think she kind of ruined her chances in becoming mainstream or having a loyal fanbase again but opportunities are vast and potential will always be next door for her. She's a millionaire too. I just don't agree with how everyone is celebrating this. I agree and understand the people who don't like her but are glad she got suspended so people won't get attacked by her vile words but there are people (not specifically here) that are saying she should die and her career is over. I just think that's barbaric.Ā

This is similar to Xtina back in the early 2000s. Xtina was a disgusting pig that made fun of Britney and gropped Justin's cock after the breakup, made fun of two girls for being fat, made fun of a black girls' skin complexion, called P!nk a dyke after their colllaboration, called Gaga a man,Ā Ā drama and other nasty stuff. Eventually all those nasty things she's done to people bit her on the ass as now her career has faded away and all the people she made fun of are now above her (even though they always were) BUT even I admit I was wrong for making fun of xtina in the past but she's clearly a better person now and a mom. Her and Britney have exchanged nice words to each other back in 2012 and 2013 and acknowledge they are over the beef and respect one another. Same thing could happen to Azealia. She can become a better person like Xtina has. I feel bad for Azealia more though because she's a black woman and people will have a hard time forgiving her because she's seen as a criminal by default on people's mind whereas Christina Aguilera is a rich white woman with privilege.Ā

She's got so many mean comments all over he IG. Pretty disheartening tbh, she posted a picture of something used to clean make up, people are asking her to drink it.

Okay I accept her apology then.

We are all imperfect, we all have flaws, if she apologizes and goes back to insulting people it's okay if she then knows that she made a mistake, we would just have to hope she won't insult anyone again.
