It did, though. I mean, Love Me Harder, Style, Jealous...:wtf:

In Toronto, my friends were complaining about the song being "overplayed", and I kept hearing it on the radio since early fall 2015.

Your friends in Toronto are not a good enough sample size to represent how the single's legacy stands.

And if they was complaining, they obviously weren't enjoying it ...

The when and where receipts are everywhere, you just refuse to see them. :awkney:

That is nothing compared to TF, TFM and BTWga promo, but if having just one factual argument in this discussion makes you feel better, you go bro, I'll even admit that you're right - it did have some. :sis:

Compared to the "btw promo" applause had no promo either, is that a reasonable argument? :saladga:

Well not really. They liked it a lot, they just thought it was overplayed on the radio.

Perhaps I'm over critical or US-centric because I am basing the reception on her home country, my country, and the US paid it dust.

It did have a lot of it. :sis: And with what you just said you're branching this discussion in many directions that also lead to speculations.

And I was stating facts. And fact is DWUW was successful.

like the one about dwuw not having promo and the "fact" of it being successful despite spending 0 weeks inside the top 10. Wow.

I acknowledged that, but it is fun seeing you trying. :sis:

25's second single peaked at 14, Anti's second singles' the same except one of them didnt even crack top 50, Lemonade's lead peaked at 10 and the second single at 11.

We don't need to talk about Demi.

yASSsss

She's respected more as an artist and as an entertainer now.I think people are starting to realize that she's way too different than her contemporaries, that she's an artist of her own league.

Some fans are worried about her hits, streaming, chart numbers etc. but i believe that she'll be fine once LG5 drops.:woohoo:

Call me by your name and I'll call you by mine

The song went #1 on iTunes in multiple countries with no promo.

Jellybean Monster

She's less controversial now because she's much more tame these days so I think there are a lot of more conservative people who think along the lines of "Oh, she's calmed down and look at her performing show tunes and jazz at these awards ceremonies. I really like her now!". But if LG5 slays and she goes back to being the Gaga of the Fame, and Monster era's then we will see if that holds up.
