LanasNerfGun 4,679
After her 2015 Oscars performance, that was probably the moment when she was the most universally loved since her debut. God, I wish I could relive that night. So much praise, I was seizing on the floor

On Topic: I think Gaga is more well respected for her talent, but I don't think she's universally liked. I don't think anyone really is. I don't care what you think about unless it is about me. LilVenusian 579
Gaga was very overexposed from 2010-2013 (she was dropping a new album basically every year). Giving the GP a chance to miss her presence in pop music will definitely give have a warmer reception when she eventually decides to conquer pop music again. But I could say the level of respect people have for her now is bigger than what it was around 2012-14 but lower than 2009-2011, I disagree. I think the level of respect for her is far greater than it has ever been at any other point in her career. During 2009-2011 she was astronomically successful, yes, but she was not respected as a highly skilled musician and an amazing singer. Many people thought she was "just another pop star" who was manufactured and sang songs written by other people. They thought she was just a publicity puppet because of the way she dressed and the controversial things she said and did. Only the fan base and some other lucky souls who had seen the light seemed to really understand her level of artistry and her extraordinary talent. But gradually over late 2014-2016 she has proven herself to millions of people on huge platforms and has appealed to people who, five years ago, we would never have dreamed would like Gaga. So I definitely think she is more highly respected now than at any other point in her career. 8 hours ago, Licq said: No one cares about her anymore Um... She has consistently been one of the most talked-about people at the last TWO Oscars ceremonies, was more talked-about than the halftime act at the Super Bowl (Beyoncé, Bruno Mars and Coldplay no less), and became a viral hit with DiCaprio-gate at the Golden Globes. People still care about her, hun. I love judas SO MUCH but I canʹt look like a copycat of JLO!!!!
PatrickMonster 6,423
I feel so sorry for her, almost everybody from the GP thinks she has stopped making music... her last real single for the GP was in 2011, 5 years ago........ 2 or 3 years ago people I know at least asked me what is going on with her (they know I stan for her) but nowadays she's become completely forgotten....... she needs a miracle at this point to be successful again. The real test will be when LG5 comes out. It's hard to dislike her when she's wearing pretty dresses and singing jazz. Her own fans disliked her during C2C even for her looks, so even in that period she wasn't playing that safe
Yves 1,891
There are posts like "Gaga is a man!" so no.
hELXIG 42,966
The media loves her again, the GP loves her again (if they're aware of what she's been up to), and her fans have turned on her. I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.

No matter how ppl here like to think, The GP hasn't cared in years and neither has The media really. Its been a few News here and there but nothing else. This will change with lg5 IF it will. And Im really confident it will truly be great music and a New begining in many ways (despite what some think of me here).

Horrid people. If you don't have shadows you're not standing in the light.
