Ok, so I tried to filter it myself, not perfect but you can hear it more clear:

That sounds like hiss reduction with output hiss only o_O

I know I'm pretty bad at filtering, it was the first time trying to do something like that

I filtered the instrumental without that stem  (it sounds official)

Hm..I think someone on Soundcloud made a remake of this stem some time ago, too bad I can't seem to find it anymore...
