She's always been really big on body-positivity and a healthy self-image, so this seems pretty harmless like most of her music (minus the overly traditional roles for women  )

On that note, why just Meghan?  Literally half of rap these days is just braggadocio over a beat, why aren't people calling all rappers arrogant and egotistical.

Love the song and video, glad she stuck to her guns and saw it was clearly over edited and had it re-worked.

At the same time it's suppose to be a fun catchy song (sadly you need to give into the generics of pop radio to sell) but the Photoshop could of been played off as being a poke at some artist who do have there videos edited to an insane unrealistic standard.

I like her and enjoying herself making music. People will b*tch regardless

Was there any other parts in the video that was edited? It seems convienant that only that part of the video was edited (publicity stunt)

This is such a publicity stunt hahaha as if the editing team would have a version of the video with that specific part unphotoshopped ready to be uploaded within a few hours   it would take time and effort to re edit

Yes they would. You don't just throw it all together into one file and upload it to YT.. they will have numerous versions of the video and all of them will undergo review to see which one is the one they will publish. It would be stupid of them not to have different versions of the video.

Weird. As expected, I can't detect a difference. I think what makes her waist look slightly smaller and her legs slightly slimmer is that her skirt seems to have been made shorter in the original. It's like they photoshopped it shorter and tighter, perhaps? Looks like this was all indeed a publicity stunt and a ploy to prove that Meghan hasn't sold out and lost weight or goes on for airbrushing, seeing as she was criticised for losing weight after AATB, initially.

On the downside, she's gaining likes at a slower rate and dislikes at a faster rate than last time. At this time yesterday, when the video was at the same amount of views, she had 10,000 more likes and a couple hundred less dislikes. We'll see if the reupload provides the promo she needed.

You cant detect a difference from the pic i just posted above?  You clearly see that her waist was way photoshopped

Those stills aren't capturing the exact same moment. In the first, both hands are on her hair, in the second, they're both off and her waist may be slightly more to the right. This may explain how the skirt's shorter in the first picture. I just noticed the folds on that wrap are different in the second as well. I guess I can see somewhat of a difference, but until the exact same moment is captured, I'll be a bit doubtful.

The stills are like a second apart, but you can still see her waist/hips difference even if her hands are higher in her hair
