In all fairness, the question is "Which of these songs has a perfume named after it?" which doesn't imply the name of the perfume is that exact name, just that it was inspired. Still doesn't make sense to me lol the perfume would have to be called "The Fame" per definition (esp. since like you said the song and the perfume really have nothing to do with each other). The option "None" was misleading to me for that reason, if I couldn't have chosen that I obviously would've gone for "The Fame". The following question implies directly that "The Fame" would've been a technically wrong answer, which makes the people who chose "None" more correct than the ones who chose "The Fame", and yet we're punished for saying the right thing.
