Stopping Clinton is top reason people are voting for Trump, vice versa

These statistics are somewhat misleading. Not wanting Trump to win is not equivalent to disliking Hillary. It just means that those people view Trump as dangerous enough to warrant overlooking their own candidate's credentials in favor of a defensive approach.

Oh and it's also a symptom of bipartisan politics. I doubt many Trump supporters even understand Hillary. Trump though has made a public fool of himself so there's not much room for doubt.

you're wrong. If Hillary wins, this would mean more wars at the middle east. and a lot more problems with China and Russia. more refugees (more suffering)

You have no evidence to support this claim.

Hillary has been despised by the GOP for years so of course they don't want her. However Democrats love her and she's already having a historic lead over Trump in polls.

Hillary Clinton: War Goddess, Corporate Shill, Anti-Populist

http://www.globalresearch.ca/hillary-clinton-war-goddess-corporate-shill-anti-populist/5463042

an abstract :

Hillary Clinton perhaps represents the worst choice among an array of aspirants looking more like a police lineup. Previous articles explained her warmongering lust for endless conflicts. She’s unabashedly hawkish.

As first lady, she urged husband Bill to bomb Belgrade. Yugoslavia’s rape and pillage followed. As a New York senator, she supported Bush’s war on Afghanistan. As Secretary of State, she urged escalating it.

She backed lawless aggression on Iraq based entirely on Big Lies. Her supportive Senate remarks included baseless fabrications about Saddam “continu(ing) to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and (efforts) to keep trying to develop nuclear weapons.” She got the war she wanted.

She backed military intervention to topple Libya’s Gaddafi. She urged more extensive drone bombings. She promoted war to oust Syria’s Assad.

She favors nuclear weapons use. She calls them peacekeeping deterrents. She wants US-dominated NATO used more aggressively.

Ukrainian oligarch Victor Pinchuk contributed at least $8.6 million to the Clinton Global Initiative – involved in “moderniz(ing) Ukraine” to harden fascist rule.

She’s hostile to Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela and other independent countries.

She urges more heavily arming Kiev fascists than already for continued war on Donbass freedom fighters wanting democratic governance everyone deserves.

Hey.

The first was a vote for a war that was deemed justified by most Americans.

pr030324i.gif

from Gallup

In any case she didn't vote for war. She voted for the authorization that would allow the president to engage in military activities against Iraq should weapons of mass destruction be found. Bush, the idiot that he was, went in anyway. Almost all senators, including Sanders, continued to support the war after it had been engaged.

----

The military efforts in Libya were not unjustified. I'm not sure why you think it's OK to let terrorists do their thing. In any case that was as Secretary of State during Obama's tenure. If you're referring to Benghazi, that wasn't a war issue. That was an issue where American representatives were killed. This isn't the first time it has happened and it won't be the last. As proven by the trials, it wasn't her fault.

If you are referring to the Arab Spring, I fail to see the issue in attempting to bring democracy to these states. Unfortunately, Americans underestimate how much people in North Africa and the Middle East love to **** themselves over for societal and religious reasons. They weren't ready, but you can't blame them for trying to uplift them from oppressive totalitarian regimes.

----

Regarding Israel, I don't see the problem in supporting their only reliable ally in the Middle East. I've lived there, and that alliance is the only thing keeping the Middle East from imploding into actual warfare. So supporting their existence and right to defend themselves should hardly be held up to scrutiny. I do agree that Hillary should continue her efforts in bringing peace between Palestine and Israel as she has done before. Hopefully it will last this time, but it's up to the Palestinians (Hamas) and Israel to maintain their ends of the bargain.

Erm...I'd refrain from quoting things from globalresearch. It's known to be an anti-Western website full of conspiracy theories and sensationalist articles.

It's basically the Enquirer for politics :toofunny:

For God's sake they have an article on how North Korea is a land of joy and wonder :air:

The mere fact that over half of these are blatantly false should make that obvious.

I always wonder why people quote articles from websites they don't even know.... You need to make research on the source to understand its bias before reading it. :toofunny:

Are you one of those people who call her a neoliberal without knowing what that means? Just wondering.

Yes. She mentions them for context. She didn't praise them nor say they were correct in their claims.

It's called historical dialogue.

Even if she did, war is not an inherently bad thing. Sometimes it is necessary to protect those who cannot protect themselves. Since you brought up the Nazis, did you think the USA not stopping their incursions in Europe necessary?

Hillary would make a great president. The only reason people dislike hr ao much is because of the fearmongering campaigns from both the left and right.

I don't care if most Americans were in favor of war. It's far away from them, they probably wouldn't be able to find Iraq on the map.

She voted for Iraq war based on false WMD and never apologized for over million dead. Without that and supporting Maliki, firing Sunni army, we wouldn't have ISIS today

Did she learn from that mistake? No. She supported bombing of Libya, comment on execution of Gaddafi "we came, we saw, he died", like a coldblooded warlord. That created another terrorist haven.

She's big supporter of Netanyahu, who is 10 times worse than Trump, she promised MORE military aid for occupation of Palestine and future wars. They were just begging for 5 billion more from American tax payers. She refused to acknowledge Palestinians as human beings and blamed them for their own deaths.

It's not up to Palestinians first, but up to those who have upper hand, which is Israel. By continuing demolishing Palestinian villages and building more illegal settlements they clearly don't want peace. They are they ones who keep another nation as prisoners under military occupation and they are judged by military law and court. They've been bombing Gaza few days now and no one talks about it.

Brizoda mentioned bombing of Belgrade, how could I forget, I was there when it happened. No one paid for any those war crimes.

All those ****ing regime changes, backlashed so Hillary didn't learn anything.

We did this before and I'm not gonna do it again.

You can repeat same old, I won't bother.
