She was probably paid for her private performances alone - not the endorsement or backing of Hillary. $21K wouldn't be enough for a paid endorsement, so Gaga must be doing this on her own accord. We know she likes the Clintons. It's still interesting to see how the campaign's budget is divided, though. Like, why was Katy paid so much more than Gaga?
