I would take it, it is better than nothing ^^

Sarah Pauslon did both AHS and ACS last year so Jessica Lange could do the same next season

This might happen, if it is an FX show that Jessica Lange is working on, she could easily work on the both shows if the AHS role is minimal since they will be shot in the same studios and sound stages.
