I'm 26. Yes, small things make big changes but I don't like to see negative ones. Women showing nipples only encourages women to sexualise themselves and have lower self worth. It encourages them to send explicit pictures to their partners at their request, even when they don't want to, which they promptly share with others. It encourages men to believe that women's bodies are there for their entertainment, literally. No man has found it necessary to show explicit areas of his body in music videos. Because men know they don't need to do that to get success. If men don't need to do it, women shouldn't either. What message does it send that a woman has to be naked to get noticed but a man doesnt? It says: "Know your place," that's what.

The fact you need an answer to that is mindblowing. Are you a man? Because if so, you will never understand the pain us women go through in this world and how insulting this free the nipple movement is. A movement that encourages men to gawp at us more than they do already and treat us like objects, all under the guise of empowerment. If you want to empower women, tell them to keep their clothes on. Men keep their clothes on because they know that gives them respect - if they were naked, they'd be vulnerable. Again, if men don't feel the need to strip off, women shouldn't either. I am a woman, For me a naked nipple doesnt make a woman vulneralble.  Free nipples doesn t have to do with **** dear, it is movement that  has to do with logic, not male desires. A man may like licking feets or whatever who cares, the sexualisation of body parts  expect genitalia shouldnt be used against equality, thats how i see it.....Societies made women afraid of someone s seeing  their nipples. I feel you are insecure of something that is just there to feed your future child, if you already dont have one. Whatever we are here to discuss, we dont hold the truth of the universe.

Rape is not due to the victim being half/ fully naked. It's the morally corrupted individuals who raped them wrong doing. I believe in embracing your body whether nude or clothed and even skinny and full.  This is rihanna. If you want a fully clothed role model go to taylor swift. (No shade to her. I love Taylor). Believe it or not i look up to rihanna like i do gaga. She helped me love my body for what it is. She helped me give no ****s about negative opinions towards me. I was sexually assualted last year and i was fully clothed. Now i wear half the clothes i do because i want to and i dare anyone to touch me again.

Oh, really? Try walking topless into a male changing room, then, and see how empowered and not vulnerable you are, then. You are safer clothed - fact. Whether that's fair or not doesn't matter, it's reality. No, free nipples isn't about p**n. Art and p**n are different. But it is about natural desires. We're naturally drawn to naked bodies, as we should, we need to reproduce. There's nothing wrong with nudity in and of itself. But some people misapply it and abuse it. That's when it becomes harmful. Nothing we do at this point can change how we view nipples - it's ingrained into our psyche. Like I said, as long as the sex industry exists alongside this new ideology, nothing will ever change. We tell people nipples are no big deal, but then that message is undercut with one internet click. As long as we have that clashing message, nothing will ever change. I know it isn't. But you are at bigger risk if you are half/fully naked. This is true if you're a woman or a man. You may respect people whatever they're wearing but the fact is, a lot don't and you've got to protect yourself against those. And no, I don't like Taylor (she's too prudish for me, actually!) I don't mind nudity if it has a purpose, if it's artistic, but not when it's gratuitous. I'm very sorry to hear you got sexually assaulted. I think we do know how much she's involved. When she's one of 8 co-writers on a track and has no producing or directing credits, it's clear how much she provides. I remember there was some sort of insider article back in her Loud days that said she gets the tracks laid out for her by her writing camp (about 40 people strong) and she walks in like a celebrity judge and chooses the best ones. She has a writing camp, we know that for certain, the whole team have been photographed before, with reference to the work they did on Anti.
