Also the only "threat" to Hillary is Bernie, and even then that's a stretch By and large, no. I pick my battles and comment on the points I think I can persuade the most. Spoiler I'm jk I read your posts, I just recognize when we're both too stubborn on a specific point and move on to the next. And it's far too early to be polling on a Hillary-Trump head to head battle. Trump is still her largest threat, in my opinion of corse.

Whispering 18,865
From NPR: George Clooney says he hates raising money for politics. But after hosting two big-ticket fundraisers with his wife Amal that reportedly raised $15 million in support of Hillary Clinton this weekend, Clooney is defending that haul by drawing attention to a big difference in how the former Secretary of State and her rival, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, are bringing in cash. What Clooney pointed to is that Clinton has been bringing in millions of dollars, not just for her campaign, but also for Democrats running in House, Senate and other local races. "It's going to the congressmen and senators to try to take back Congress," Clooney said on NBC's Meet The Press on Sunday. "And the reason that's important, and the reason it's important to me, is because we need — I'm a Democrat. So if you're a Republican, you're going to disagree, but we need to take the Senate back." In addition to Republican majorities in the U.S. House and Senate, the GOP also dominates governors' offices — 31 out of 50 — and Republicans hold complete control over state legislatures in 30 states. As NPR has reported previously, Democrats hold fewer elected offices nationwide than at any time since the 1920s.
MonsterMarty 96
8 hours ago, MJHolland said: Idk if you've heard, but her running mate (who's name is Bernie Sanders) isn't playing by the status quo and is actually popular enough to fund his campaign just as well as Clinton is without taking money from special interests. Donald Trump is doing the same. So of the 3 most viable candidates for president (Trump, Sanders, and Clinton), Hillary Clinton is the ONLY candidate taking money from super PAC's. All 3 of them want to overturn Citizens United, including Trump. Hillary Clinton is 100% talk and no action. If you don't think her track record matters on this issue (or a lack of a track record), then you're obviously delusional. As of now, Sanders (who will never be Hillary's running mate!) is too far behind her delegate-wise unless there's massive upsets to come. Trump is a multi-billionaire, Clinton isn't. It appears she made the right decisions on how to play this race. She has a chance to run and get the nom, but requires getting the same cash levels (or thereabouts) as her counterparts on the Republican-side (sans the "outsider" who self-funds). Idealism is great, but realism is crucial.

Isn't it very inappropriate to talk and joke about 4 dead bodies so nonchalantly? It goes to show that you don't really care about their deaths, and only make it an issue when it comes to Hillary. The same person, who by the way, has been exonerated from blame yet still personally maintains responsibility due to regret. Do you not believe in innocent til proven guilty or are you just using double standards? Berniebots are something else. Edited just now by LebaneseDude. I see. Grim thought process you had there. /s My brother is a veteran too (yes an American one), so don't play that card. It's exactly why I don't find your post funny in the slightest. I don't crack jokes at dead servicemen's expense because I know better. So should you. Even Hillary, the one you continue to believe is guilty despite lack of evidence due to your irrational animus and easily manipulated mind, feels regret for the situation and does not even attempt to hide her part in the situation. You would have been better off not responding at all. What a pathetic post. "Pressed". If you want to talk seriously about a serious topic, be serious and refrain from using ATRL lingo, kid.
