Hillary is raising money from those who can afford to give and is funneling that money to downticket candidates so that they can help a Democrat in office accomplish some of their goals for the country. Those downticket candidates are also important in passing laws that will impact their states...you know, laws that grant human rights to minorities and those who are at risk in this country.
