Good. :applause:

They say it's the last song. They don't know us, you see. It's only the last song if we let it be.

I think its bullsh*t they backed out after the fact.. but no sweat off my balls

I think it is certainly an unprecedented move for the Company. They cancelled literally 14 days worth of performances, most of which were sold out! It speaks volumes and puts a true dent in the local micro-economies of Charlotte, Greensboro, and Raleigh. A Cirque du Soleil show coming to town is no small engagement, they always generate thousands in revenue. The repercussions here will be big. I'd be interested in getting an accurate number of losses.

Well now I am sweating a little bit because you just gave me a real dose of reality to my thoughts

I think it's awful that artists and performers are canceling shows just because of this law. :wtf: I get that they are protesting it, but this really hurts the fans that wanna see them. And obviously a good portion of those fans are against the law. Imagine if Gaga or another artist you like was coming to your state and you bought a ticket and was so excited, and then found out they were canceling the show because of a law that you don't agree with and had no control over.....

Good, take a stand! :applause:

Let them know stone age laws will do no good for both the minds and the business.

I would rather have an fan upset than people of the LGBT community having their rights violated

THIS! People need to understand this isn't about them. It is 2016 in America and we have anti-gay laws still being signed into law, that's a more pressing matter than screaming "YASS Gaga" at a concert. Sure you can argue cancelling a show won't do anything (you'd be wrong, but I digress), but it is so so important that people continue to take action like this! So long as this law is on the books, I hope artists keep cancelling. It would be amazing if they would donate the funds to activists, but I don't know if they can if its a cancelled event

Gay people will never understand because the majority of them will never raise children on a full time basis so they don't understand the caution we parents take to protect our young like I said in the past I personally would secure a bathroom so a transgender can pee in peace (Who poops in public restrooms these days anyway) but I am not gonna allow them in there on their own too many creepy ones to risk it.

Too many creepy ones? Your son is 100x more likely to be abducted by a cisgender man than a transgender man. Your daughter is 100x more likely to be abducted by a cisgender female than a transgender female. Trans people do not spend years in fear and just hoping to pass for their own sake in an attempt to go into restrooms and steal or hurt your children. You giving into this backwards way of thinking that the conservative media wants you to think is actually doing more harm to transgender children than a transgender person will ever do to your kids. You are sending a message that being transgender makes someone more likely to commit a crime, esp. rape or child abduction, when that is just bologna. Trans people have enough to worry about -- like what torment they will suffer by having to go into a restroom that they don't match on the outside -- than how to kidnap your child.

Do some real research and protect your kids from the poisoned, genetically-modified food supply or the public education system, two things that are hurting children every goddamn day. Leave trans people alone. They just want to pee without being beaten up.

It is not about about a transgender abducting it is about opening the door and making it easier for the  real perverts to strike. and Who says we aint doing nothing about the poisons in our food sources? and at least poisoning of their food never left them emotionally traumatized and scarred for the rest of their life. and arent we are talking about a demographic that equals less then 1% of the worlds populations that is based on no other fact other then that person feels they are the right sex in the wrong body compared to the future of our generation here? Good luck winning that arguement
