Well, you could either request the Song itself like most 'stans' do, through Telephone or submission feed etc. although that's not effective for unknown/unsigned artists. You should request it at Indie Radio Stations first, get in touch with the host there, and build it up. There is no way you can get yourself on major radio stations without having the foundation of indie or really small radio stations.
