1. I think some of the changes on ha face can be explained with age.

2. With that said, most of the fanbase prefer her face before CheekboneGa. IMO she looks her worse when she's fresh out of the procedure - I'm sure it'll dial down after a few months so like... it's not that big of a deal.

Um... this was 7 years ago. You want a 30 year old to still look like they're in their early 20's???

Even before Gaga started having fillers she didn't look like this any more. She'll never look like she did when she was 22/23 and you guys need to accept that now or become more bitter with time.

Also, posting things like this would probably make her more self conscious and want to change herself more.

And you want her to stay youthful and 'baby faced' forever? So you want her to get a facelift and lipo-suction around her jaw and chin? Fillers under her eyes as they hollow with time? Botox to tighten out the wrinkles and fine lines? But this thread is anti-cosmetic enhancements so... what do you really want??

And on that same topic of her AGEING like a human being does, I think y'all need to be educated. And Gaga if you see this I mean you no harm you beautiful creature.

Since ageing from 22-30 years old after an extremely hectic life with no rest or sleep these NATURAL changes have occured:

- Fat accumulation under the chin and jaw area, creating a double chin. This is genetic as both her parents have large double chins. It's something that becomes noticeable in the late 20's-early 30's.

- Fine lines and wrinkles around her smile line area next to her mouth and nose, on her forehead, and most prominently around her eyes.

- Her noticeably high eyelid creases have sagged and wrinkles slightly, again, something that happens as the skin around the eyes becomes less tight around late 20's-early 30's.

- Slight facial sagging. The fat that was naturally high in her face and lowered down to her mid-face region (from up near her cheekbones/under her eyes, down to around her nose and mouth) creating more folds in her face.

- Her face has rounded out because she doesn't have an eating disorder any more and has chosen to stay at a healthy weight.

- Under her eyes has hollowed and her bags/dark circles have become more prominent. This was very noticeable around 2012/13 before she started getting fillers.

I promise you if she never had any fillers she still wouldn't look anything like she did when she was 23. People AGE. ESPECIALLY people with busy schedules and no time to sleep who lead stressful lives and are always changing time zones.

honestly, I'm not against plastic surgery as long as it looks estheticly good, but the one from the golden globes & the instagram pic are not that flattering but the one above the golden globes does!

i also don't believe she will and up like Donatella 

and by the end, it's her decision, her life, her rights and her wrongs & those pics you used for "before" are 7 YEARS OLD(!!!). And why is nobody using pics from the BTW-era, they are very much like she looks now, at least to me.

Myself and everyone I know generally looks the same from 20-30 when it comes to their facial structure. It's just their hair and style that changes as far as appearance goes. In my opinion Gaga never had a "baby face". Actually the first time I saw her I thought she had more of a horse face, which I grew to admire on her. But looking at her with the fillers I can see why people would call it "baby face", when really it's just "natural face". I feel that she would still look 98% the same had she not used face tape, fillers, botox, etc over the years.

This picture is a prime example of what I'm talking about.

If she didn't have her fillers she would STILL have those folds in her cheeks and smile lines and her double chin. Those things have come from ageing and weight gain, NOT from fillers. So you chose a bad picture of her which would've looked just as bad had she not had fillers. She looked stunning that night and we all know it.

And she hasn't have her "baby face" since the Fame. The most comparable face to the recent one is The Fame Monster one.

You all have to consider that:

She had problems with addiction, let it be drug addiction, pot addiction, alcohol addiction,

She was/is bulimic

She wears A LOT of makeup, she even said herself during BTW era that she prefers to sleep with makeup to feel more beautiful. (Do you think that your complexion won't change after that?)

 

And. No, I'm not delusional, I know she had injections, but right now I'm not talking about injections, just about how her face would look like without them, which would still be diferrent.
