It doesn't have to mean it's not mainstream or not radio friendly, it must just be forgettable or bad. With that in mind, the biggest names most filler-tastic albums from the last 5 years... andy232000 11,327 Posted April 9, 2016 Share Posted April 9, 2016 A filler is a song that literally just "fills the spot" its a song that doesnt match the album but was placed there just to have more songs. the song can be good but it doesnt full fill the album thematic. For instance, in Born This Way, the whole theme of the album is "love yourself" yet songs like "Judas" dont exactly preach "love yourself". are they bad songs= NO they are flawless. do they go with the album theme, no so much.
