Her face looked the same on early 2015. She hasn't done anything permanent just temporal fillers. The less amount of fillers she has, the closer she looks to her "old self", you can notice that when it's been five or six months since the last time she got fillers.

And about Lisa Vanderwhatever, she posted a pic on her instagram account some days ago saying something like "[name] is such a good surgeon. I got fillers and botox on his cosmetic center. He's so good that I even told my friend, who is a superstar (or a popstar, I don't remember) to go. Can you guess who is she?"

Lisa had been hanging out with Gaga plenty of times this summer if you ask me

No we haven't. It's not makeup, tape. She has had a lot more done than injections. 

Gaga preached about how harmful cosmetic work is and built her image on being outside of the norm in Hollywood, so yes, it's grounds for criticism from fans.

I prefer her natural look but she can do what she wants. I'm allowed to miss her natural face if I want. What are you so upset about? Get a grip.

Could people please stop complaining about her doing facial surgery treatments? At the end of the day it's her decision and none of your discussions will have any impact on her decidement.

Literally EVERY THREAD where Gaga accidentally decides to show her face all of the awful members crawl out of the wood work to say how ugly her choice is. THAT IS BULLYING.

Yep. Her face looked the same until she started going to this Cosmetic Center since May 2015.
