this really shows how much pain she was in, and, giving it to Tony, is kind of heart melting, because of the fact she said Tony saved her from the "pop industry" where she could go back to her roots and enjoy music again. So giving the person who saved her and made her want to stay in music, the painting of the sheer pain she was experiencing, is really heart warming and wonderful.

I thought he called her Lady too, but he actually called her sweetheart! Heh heh...

IKR??  That totally melts my heart, too.  I love how close she is to Tony.  He's like a grandfather figure to her.

I think its suppose to be like the injured bird (phoenix) or whatever from the beginning of the GUY video. Same concept.
