(she did say Act II is less for the GP so I'm guessing less generic and more personal? I've got to agree on this, I don't really know why so many people say ARTPOP sounds dated and old, while it is basically an experimental album full EDM & dance songs (besides Dope, Fashion!, Gypsy, etc.) The album was one of 2013's best albums, I seriously don't get the hate towards it, just because it underperformed does not mean the quality is bad.
