I'm not your sweetie.

They pay income tax, they pay property taxes and they  pay into the social security system-

Payments from illegal immigrants are helping keep Social Security alive. Unauthorized immigrants have paid $100 billion into the fund over the past decade with no intention of ever collecting benefits, CNN reported, adding: “Without immigrants, the Social Security Board of Trustees projects that the system will no longer be able to pay the full promised benefits by 2037.”

You need to do some research.

Do you realize how small 100 billion dollars is compared to just social security?

And for f*ck's sake, I'm a young person that pays into social security; I'll never receive a penny from it either. Cry me a river. At least I don't drive down wages for my fellow countrymen and women...

Also, key word is immigrants in your CNN quote. Not illegal immigrants. Illegal immigrants cannot pay into social security nor income tax if they don't have a social security number. Tell me HOW you could possibly pay income tax without a SSN boo. Please, educate us.

Why should they let in just anyone?

Canada, for example, just above America, only lets in people who will contribute to society (and legitimate refugees). People who are there illegally get deported all the time.

"What you need in order to greatly increase your chances [of eligibility for immigration] is a permanent job offer in a position the the Canadian government has decided is sufficiently in demand that your hiring will not take that opportunity away from a qualified Canadian."

But of course it's just America that's evil because a bunch of foreigners decide to flout their laws and sneak into the country illegally.

They do contribute if you like your nice meat and vegetables for low prices honey.

Like someone said before, if an immigrant is taking away a job from you, there's something wrong with you, as you claim, not being able to get a job over someone who isn't "qualified" or whatever BS. I'm sure people will be rushing to take the jobs at slaughter houses for the low pay that makes the prices for food at the cost they are at right now :awkney:

No one's calling America evil. No one said that. Stop shoving ideas that I didn't say. There would be something wrong with people like Trump who want to shut out others and let them live in worse conditions and fall into the hands of cartels. But apparently it's only the Mexicans, because I'm yet to hear him speak on mass deportation of European illegal immigrants.

There's the proof. They pay taxes, and not just sales tax.

According to the Social Security Administration (SSA), unauthorized immigrants -- who are not eligible to receive Social Security benefits -- have paid $100 billion into the fund over the past decade.

I can't help you if you don't want to do any research.

There are no laws trying to get illegal immigrants to pay taxes... They do not pay taxes... They do not pay taxes....

The only tax they would pay is sales tax which is extremely small and the majority of the sales tax is paid by the person selling the good/service...

undocumented immiramts cannot pay taxes.

I am NOT talking about social security. If you spoke French I would send you an article from an illegal worker explaining why it matter if you hope one day to have a regular status to pay taxes. Once again I don't care what % they represent. The CONCEPT is odd! that was what since the beginning I was saying.

http://www.immigrationpolicy.org/just-facts/facts-about-individual-tax-identification-number-itin

"What is an ITIN?

It was created for tax purposes.  The ITIN program was created by the IRS in July 1996 so that foreign nationals and other individuals who are not eligible for a Social Security number (SSN) can pay the taxes they are legally required to pay.

ITINs are not SSNs.  The ITIN is a nine-digit number that always begins with the number 9 and has a 7 or 8 in the fourth digit, for example 9XX-7X-XXXX.

Many immigrants have ITINs. People who do not have a lawful status in the United States may obtain an ITIN. In addition, the following people are lawfully in the country and must pay taxes but may not be eligible for a SSN and may obtain an ITIN:

A non-resident foreign national who owns or invests in a U.S. business and receives taxable income from that U.S. business, but lives in another country.

A foreign national student who qualifies as a resident of the United States (based on days present in the United States).

A dependent or spouse of a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

A dependent or spouse of a foreign national on a temporary visa.

ITINs do NOT provide legal status or work authorization.

An ITIN does not provide legal immigration status and cannot be used to prove legal presence in the United States.

An ITIN does not provide work authorization and cannot be used to prove work authorization on an I-9 form."

Tell me. In plain english. How illegals would pay into social security. 100 billion dollars over a decade is nothing considering we spend about a trillion dollars alone on social security over year girl... that's literally .01% of social security.

No one's speaking about Europeans or Sudanese or Tongans because they're such a small fraction of the problem. I don't see them swarming across the Rio Grande at night.

So does that take away from them being illegal immigrants? Why are Mexicans your problem? Illegal immigrants are illegal immigrants. Unless you're a complete hypocrite. That's what highlights the racism. If Mexicans are deported, others should be too.

Who says they shouldn't all be deported? I said Mexicans are the vast majority. Therefore it makes sense to focus on the Mexican border. Obviously. If I have my leg cut off and a scratch on my arm I'll focus on the leg first. This is common sense.
