Is 'Isaac' one of Madonna's best works ever?

Thanks so much for bringing up this song. It's one of her songs that I've literally never heard any of her fans talking about. I think the fact that it has foreign singing on it puts a lot of people off but they just need to give it more of a chance. I've never understood what everyone sees in that Confessions album - it's just Hung Up and this song that I like on it. One of her best tracks and yet no one seems to know it.

I think the foreign singing on it makes the song for me. I really like it.

Please correct me if I make any grammar mistakes, I want to master English as much as possible.

Recently I decided to explore Madge's music and I started with Confessions On A Dancefloor, which is, a great album, btw, but this track really stood out to me. It's such a bop, I love it.

Btw if anyone could recommend me more madonna music i'd appreciate it ;)

Grab a copy of Celebration immediately as that's a great intro to the flawless masterpieces of Madonna's discography. But it doesn't even begin to do her justice because she has a TON of fabulous album tracks that get no recognition. There's just so many to choose!! Enjoy getting to know her music! One of the best 'personal' decisions I've ever made

Easy Ride, Why's it So Hard?, In This Life, Devil Wouldn't Recognize You ( :flop:), Sooner or Later, Hanky Panky, Causing a Commotion, Keep it Together, Spanish Eyes, Cherish, Shoo-Bee-Doo, Pretender, Paradise (Not for Me), Shanti/Ashtangi, Mer Girl, This Used to Be My Playground, I'll Remember, White Heat, Love Makes the World Go Round, Falling Free, Love Spent.

Me too! I love the bit he says at the end, with that little bell chime. We're so used to hearing Westernised voices in music that we start thinking what's up when we hear something different. We need to open our minds more.

I think it is. :D I listen to this song regularly. I think Push is better tho. That album is Madonna's second best imo, Ray of Light being the first.
