Bad Romance had a radio audience impression of 76 million. Tik Tok had a radio audience impression of 74.4 million. Sales + AirPlay were the only factors on the Billboard Hot 100 back then, and Bad Romance had higher stats in both, but some how Tik Tok ended up being #1. I feel like writing a letter to Billboard.
