Yeah I think a lot of the time people don't fully realize how this stuff affects OTHER things. Even if it was just a prank, it's still extremely toxic in the same way that casual racist jokes and jokes about sexual assault are. It's important to be vocal about these things. I didn't cry about it, I didn't look for someone else to make it right, I took matters into my own hands and I got out of that situation the next day.
