The answer is simple, Gaga didn't allowed them to make it I asked, here's the answer of the store to my mail : 'The last figures just have been released so no new figures are set to be released anytime soon. Apparently Lady Gaga didn't gave her agreement for the figure, which explains why the Countess is not amongst the last releases from season 5. There are not many chances that Lady Gaga's figure will exist one day...' Clearly, if you want to use Gaga's likeness for merchandising, you have to make some kind of vague promise to inspire kindness and bravery..or whatever. Besides, as a collector myself, I know how upsetting this can be to some collectors out there who were hoping to get the full line of characters.
