Well, he is part of a minority that doesnt usually have financial problems like the minorities that dont vote for him and he has done nothing for them until now, not like his competitor.

My fabrication? Maybe you dont understand english? Its a fact that Hillary has a good relation with afro-american community build in years of cooperation. While Sanders intentions may have been good in the 60s and even now, as a senator he has done nothing for them. You know why? Because as a politician in Vermont, he didnt need it. Now that he was in the West, he didnt need them again, so he totally forgot about them. Wait until New York to remmember them again.

While Sanders would argue that he has a strong case to make to those voters about why they should support him, Clinton has ties to them that go back decades. And as a whole (and keep in mind that what I’m talking about doesn’t necessarily apply to any one individual even if it holds true for the group at large), African-Americans have a pragmatic view of politics. They had to fight — and some people even died — to secure the right to vote that whites always took for granted. They have to keep fighting to maintain that right in the face of a GOP that would put every impediment to the ballot it can find in front of them.

Ask anyone involved in Democratic politics about winning black votes in primaries, and they’ll tell you that it isn’t about hopes and dreams, though those are nice too. It’s about the nuts and bolts: the social networks, the key endorsers and officials, the neighborhood institutions, the systems that have been built up in the most trying circumstances to get people to the polls. Those kinds of factors are matter among every voting bloc, but they’re particularly important among African-Americans. You can’t blow into town a week before election day with a bunch of eager white 20-something volunteers from somewhere else and win their votes.

Again, come back whenever Hilliary can stop and let a Black Lives Matter activist speak before kicking her out, turning back to her white friends, and saying "Back to the issues" as if Racial Suppression isn't one. The only reason she's in support of minorities and gays specifically now is because she wants their vote. Not because she cares. Her record shows she wanted a wall, she wanted to deport children. She didn't want gay marriage. I'd rather have someone who's been consistant with their platform for many years rather than someone who conforms to popular beliefs to get votes. Because flip flopping and apologizing for offensive things you've done in the past while hispandering and doing everything you can to appeal to whatever is popular in the now isn't what a leader does it's what followers do.

I guess you are right. You should vote with the one that didnt do anything ( good or wrong), not with the one that has done some good and has done some wrong here and there ( of course, how stupid of her to apologize for them).

Obama opossed gay marriage in the past and he also the one that made it happen when the time was right. In politics this is how things work, otherwise Bernie would have not opossed gay marriage himself.

Bernie didnt voted for the war, but he voted for a change of regime in Irak, so he is not without mistake. Also, more than 60% of americans agreed with the invasion in Iraq at the time based on the information they knew. Bush also promised something before that vote, which he didnt respect after the vote. Things are more complicated in politcs than you want to make them.

And well, protesters are sometimes out of the control. Now Bernie has learn what to do with them, but it wasnt always the same.

 

I dont think that Hillary is perfect. I dont think that Bernie Sanders is that bad, but some Bernie supporters are extremists and nothing more.
