Coco Lee, a Hong Kong born American singer, covered Bad Romance for a singing competition in China recently. Thoughts?

She is a pretty established singer already! She's even performed at the Oscars (she sang the English theme song for Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon). The competition is open only to singers who have already achieved some degree of success, and most of the competitors are already stars in their own right. It's essentially like having a season of X Factor in which the competitors are Gaga, Lea Salonga, Adam Levine, Björk, Mariah Carey and Tom Jones :)

Do check out more of her stuff if you liked this performance!

I would live for this !  It's actually really risky for artists that big to be competitor in a music show.
