I don't think Gaga's team would be wandering around GGDaily at night just because Rob Fusari is perhaps going to leak some old snippets/songs... and I'm pretty sure Gaga doesn't care that much unless she intends to use some of that music in the future. I understand the amount of money that can be lost per tracks leaking, but it's not like these songs from 2006-2007 were going to be used at all, especially considering she despises the man who produced them. Fans obsess over the rumors of some of these leaking, and she's only being a **** by cockblocking it again. These will NEVER be used only to collect dust and give illegal traders something to boast about. Like that time she bought out that auction of Lady Gaga demo CDs. And who knows if she cares or not...she obviously cared enough to stop some of her old songs from being sold at an auction. It's more of a legal issue between the appropriate rights owners. Not really an artistic matter. Therefore, if Fusari owns the rights, Gaga has nothing to say about any of this. If he doesn't (which is more than likely), the other party's legal team will deal with it (most likely Interscope on behalf of Gaga in this case). That's a case where Gaga actually has to "buy him out" to stop him from spreading it (because he had the rights).
