Hyperballad 4,295 Posted March 25, 2016 Share Posted March 25, 2016 Ok I'll say it....us Monsters are ungrateful assholes who want to control Gaga and only want her to do what we want her to do.But before ARTPOP Gaga and Us used to be so close and in love,for God Saiks she bought pizza for us for 1,000 dollars!But during ARTPOP (the failure that outsold ANTi) we seemed to sorta distance ourselves we were so desperate for a hit or the album to be succsesful that we sorta instead of enjoying the music we seemed to go crazy,even with the GUY beautiful video all we cared about is if it would make it to the top 20!Gaga also seemed to sorta distance herself from us during the era.What do you think?maybe I'm a stupid ******* looking for attention or maybe I'm right? The fans were surprisingly nice considering everything that was promised and not delivered. She still has plenty of superfans waiting even though she delivered only 2 pop videos in 4 years. We have to remember that she is the one that has to entice us into caring about her art. We were not desperate for a hit, some of us wanted consistency. Furthermore, we were let down with false lies and broken promises Gaga's ex manager and her team betrayed her, not us. In my messy era. But obviously this was pre-ARTPOP so there was nothing but bragging being done by the fan base because of how successful Gaga was in only a few years. Then ARTPOP dropped and it became cool to drag Gaga, and it was her 'flop' era and etc. The fan base became way more critical and kind of ended up like the Britney stans in the way that they really have a clear direction they want their fave to go in and think they know what it takes for them to be a success story again. The fan base was so fun during the Born This Way era, even in 2012 and 2013 leading up to ARTPOP. Everyone thought she was going to slay so hard and that the album was going to be a big seller.
