I like to think Gaga might have recorded something new at the radio friendliness of those songs, since the label said "Aura" was too explicit and culturally insensitive for part 3. I could be wrong though.

I have a feeling that she probably won't perform more songs from Born This Way and probably only Applause and DWUW are the only ARTPOP songs she'll keep. Although I would like her to perform the original version of Born This Way.
