The NBA is now threatening pulling the All-Star game from North Carolina. 

NBA: "We are deeply concerned that this discriminatory law runs counter to our guiding principles of equality and mutual respect".

I honestly wish these companies would just grow a pair and LEAVE! They can issue press statements all day long condemning such things, but unless they actually act on it, it's nothing more than a stunt.

The NBA isn't located in North Carolina. They are a national sports organization that are trying to affect change by letting money talk. These are the best type of actions, that end up causing change. We saw this happen last year in Indiana, when the NAACP threatened to pull the Final Four tournament. Other companies followed and the ruling was revered in that state. 

Money talks, more than anything else. These companies shouldn't just up and leave, they are the ones that have the power to immediately change these discriminatory state laws.

You're right and that makes sense. I'm just still angry over this debacle and letting irrationality overtake my sanity :koons:
