Everyone who is saying his reasoning is lame should stop. You guys do not know what he is going through. I'm not a huge fan but I can't stand and see all this negative responses when I feel like he has opened up even more. He doesn't wat to fall back into the **** he was in before let's just support him for now and see if he really will continue down the good road.

nnnnn all of you saying it's a shitty excuse, it's not. 

he explained it well, meeting fan expectations when you meet them in person is pretty hard, you see their emotions very personally and well if you disappoint them you're going to see it. The fans must also constantly use that opportunity to share their life stories that may not be easy to digest you know, if a person has a lot of empathy or is dealing with a lot himself, and we know Bieber does lol.

Hopefully he does this but apparently (reading some of the twitter stans affected) if they get a refund, it also means they have to refund their actual concert ticket so they won't even be able to see him perform
