This isn't surprising in a way, yet Trump seems to be the lowest if you compare to Obama. The advantage of Obama is that he speaks slowly so even if his grammar is bad, I don't think it is so visible.

Trump, sometimes, doesn't even finish his sentence , start a new one, then contradict what he just said. So he is not only bad in grammar, he is bad at preparing his speech before hand at least that's what I felt when we analyzed his speech I was quite baffled. 

Then I guess the next president knows they need to invest in education so they don't end up with worse and worse grammar level !
