Being illegal does not make you drug dealer or rapist, it means you stay in country without a permit. Most of them still work and they are normal people. But by him generalizing illegals in this way and saying "some" are good it's as if he had said it about a large number of Mexicans who are illegally in the country. It's actually the OPPOSITE.
