Idk, anything is possible...but unless Gaga changed her musical and personal style a whole lot, I think it would seem a bit unnatural for them to work together...or maybe not, maybe it could turn out to be a beautiful mixture of very different elements, but Adele is on the top of Olympus right now and Gaga is clawing her way back from the underworld, so I don't see they working together in the near future...
