VANTABLACK 7,787
Should Adele have recorded Second time Around for 25 ? ?so I was listening to this unreleased r&b record of the century and I came across this very old cover and for some reason I started hearing Adeles voice singing the lyrics in my head. you have to hear a acoustic slower version below not Gagas which is more pop, which is hard to imagine with Adele It would have fit so perfectly with the theme and sound of 25 , (its about nostalgia and having another chance at love) and Adele's vocals on an acoustic guitar version, plus added strings and violins or with a similar production like hello would have sounded AMAZING! am I reaching? or could Adele really do this song justice and take it up a notch. or even a duet with Gaga would have been heaven. listen to this acoustic cover and imagine Adele singing with a high notes on the lyrics "barely look at me"
Quartz 12,366
I can't imagine it. It's still too fast for Adele. I just can't at how this song is the BEST ballad of Gaga and we don't have a professionally mastered version Inside, we are really made the same. 🕊
Noah X 5,250
Would be a smash hit for Adele..
Seeka 12,372
Second Time Around was originally meant for Michael Bolton, so it's entirely possibly Gaga may sell/give it to another artist in the future. Gaga, the procrastinator.
RadioIsOurs 13,847
Sounds more like a Rihanna song...
latina twilight 2,319
I just imagined that, and MAN, that would slay. It is one of my favourite ballads, and if it was given to someone else, I'd be glad it'd be Adele. Even the pop-ish version could work for her, but I can see her making it a piano ballad. "YOU USED TO BE SO KIND, I NEVER KNEW YOU HAD SUCH A DIRRTY MIND".
