Dangerous Man 9,245
So what if she won't be on top again? Y'all will jump off the ship again? K. "A little less conversation and a little more touch my body."
Iwontell 7,312
Probably not...at least in terms of popularity/sales. I think she'll have a lot of success and may last WAY longer than many of the "successful" ppl of today...but going back to 2010/11 levels is very unlikely - which in a way is good, bc not having to deliver numbers, means she can just focus on making good music (I love the references she alluded to back when she received BB's woman of the year award - Joni Mitchell, Carole King, Carly Simon, Laura Nyro, etc...). I don't really care about "the top", though...there are plenty of ppl "on the top" that deliver an easy, half-assed product that ppl consume for various reasons (from the lack of proper musical education and good references to simply being PC), which makes them popular for now, sure, but in a couple of years ppl will look back in disgust, IF they even remember these "hits"... I'm older than most of you and I've seen it happen over and over...just look at the BB Hot 100 and you'll identify many "artists" who fit that description...of course I won't name names bc I know the debate will be dumbed down to "but (s)he sold this many singles, and this many albums. *whines* Seethe, you hater! I'm telling my mommy"... ATTENTION: (bad) jokes and sarcasm are still a thing, so don't take everything I say literally. Thank you.

adamsenigma 9,520
I don't think so, she'll need lot of promo and a jaw-dropping album tbh I'm sure LG5 will be her best work to date but I'm not sure about Gaga coming for everyone's wig tbh

Eighteen 5,430
she probably could. but i imagine that it must be hard to connect with the normals seeing as she's so isolated in her fame. she's in a different world with it's own problems etc so what she's feeling might be at a disconnect somehow with what everyone else is going through. Lord Temptation 11,209
Do the people of the world want their leading icon to be immensely creative, a bit bonkers, supremely talented and who stands for something other than making money and looking perfect? Or do they want singers who are not really talented, have no creativity and are all about the business? This is a question about society, not about music.
