I hate people that do stuff like that but unfortunately it's the new norm to whine if someone hurts your feelings and I think she already gets enough hate as it is

Well we can fight the new norm by holding people and the community accountable for not practicing what the preach. Me commenting is something atleast. I wish more people will

Jenner, an activist for transgender issues,

No she is not. She may think that she is an activist for transgender but she fail at being one.

Shes doent have to stfu.  I agree she might not be a great spokes women and  she is mostly a fame *****. She has a voice and no matter what she has the right to say it. People say Trump speaks for the entire republican party which is far from true. But people belive that all republicans believe the same thing. But I dont think that. AND i especially dont think he should be silenced or stfu. he has a rights to speak and I am no one and you are aswell (sorry) to tell anyone to stop talking just because you think they make you look bad. And quite frankly thats your opinion not a fact.

I never said she had to stfu, but I sure want her to. And I think I speak more accurately on the state of being a transperson than any non-transperson here.

You can speak accurately for yourself. Not for every Transperson. Just because your one doesn't make you all. But good luck with your endeavors. I know you share alot here and im rooting for you

You clearly don't see what I see. People have been confirming their own biases about trans people for months. As if people don't stereotype all Muslims or Mexicans or Asians, you really think Caitlyn isn't helping prove some of those stereotypes right? That in itself is not inherently her fault, but she chooses to speak about trans issues and all it does is make the uninformed think she's well informed. And there's a lot of uninformed mother****ers in this country.

Caitlyn has never been a good person. I just wish she would shut the **** up like Bruce used to, because belligerent people don't fly in the public eye. Especially not when they represent a marginalized group of people.

You're right, I probably don't see what you see. I just find it confusing how she's labeled as a trans "representative" when she never asked to be. I've heard her respond to questions about being trans after she transitioned, but I've never actually seen her speak about trans issues on her own with being asked. The public is curious about it (which I think is a good thing as asking questions is the first step towards understanding) and she's answered them to the best of her ability assumably.

I understand that since there are few trans celebrities, Caitlyn sticks out in the public's mind. However, I don't think there should be this automatic burden to always say the right thing; she only signed up to be the representative of herself.

I see your point. I agree in some parts. I'm sorry, I don't want to have this conversation any longer. I'm not having a good enough day to articulate my points well

Just because she's a transgender does not mean she has to be a Democratic. Ignorant minds.

In what way? Her story alone makes her a great activist on being "transgender."
