The Screaming is called 'Belting'. The Reason why it sounds like screaming is because she's using more of her chest voice than her head voice (where as for example Ariana uses more Head Voice than Chest Voice in Belts). And that's just because it's the technique that works best for her. Her Head Voice with a bit of Chest Voice is much too powerless for her Belts. That's why she's using more of a Chest Voice. (Chest + Head Voice = Mixed Voice that's being used for belting, just like cooking, some people put in more Head Voice, some more Chest Voice)
