yeah but the grammy´s will kiss her bottom next year just cause its her and because of the massive comback, no matter how great of an album 25 is or isnt. its taking away at least two grammys, potentially in the categories Gaga would be nominated in

tbh if they do, I think it will only be because of the success. and since 1989 semi won based on success, i hope it's quality next year lmao and gaga serves it

You guys need to have faith in Gaga. Do people really think 25 is that good? It has only two or three legitimately great tracks.

YES girl, what have you been?!

Good point, but Adele has lost a significant amount of hype since November, and it'll be even less by 2017.

25 is still hitting that number one spot on Billboard from time to time and has stayed mostly in the top 3 every week for 4 months now. It has consistently sold well every week since its release. It is no doubt the best selling album of the year, by miles.

Who cares about the Grammy deadline? I want new music already. She has plenty Grammys so we're fine

Here's the thing: The Grammys LOVE to sometimes shock or surprise with AOTY award. So we really don't know if 25 will win because there's still a bunch of unreleased albums this year.

E.g. People were so confident that Beyoncé would win but she didn't. (Shock) People thought that To Pimp A Butterfly would win because it had a lot of meaning and social messages, but 1989 won instead. (Surprise to some)

P.S. 25 isn't better than 21 tbh :toofunny:

I honestly think she will save it for a November release just in time for holiday season but who knows? She's been working hard on the album lately so maybe she's just putting the finishing touches on it & waiting to surprise us anytime.

She just shouldn't wait too long, that's all i have to say. The point of no return is real (poor Gwen is finding that out now, along with Missy Elliott), and because ARTPOP only had one single that did really well, it might seem to the GP like she hasn't been around (album/single wise) since 2011.

I do have faith in her, but I don't have faith in the Grammy committee.

I completely agree. No one cares about 25 anymore and the album was very mediocre to begin with. GaGa is releasing her album in the next two months. I won't say it for sure,  but she has no reason to release it in Q3 or Q4,  especially if she is going to shoot American Horror Story around June. Probably we will get the lead single in the next four weeks and her album around May. Then she is going to shoot AHS and back on tour in July/September when her dancers are available again.

I'm quite sure Adele will win next year. It is undeniably a commercial success. And if 1989 could win mostly from commercial success, why not 25? I personally don't think it's any better than 21. Worse, in fact. But come on, it's Adele. The whole world is kissing her ass. What matters more to me is that Gaga's new album is memorable (quite unlike 25) and has a major impact, commercially and otherwise, whatever date she chooses for a release.

Are you sure? I thought the Grammy deadline ends on September 30th.

The deadline is on Sept. 30th BUT that day is a FRIDAY so Gaga might have to release the album in fact a Sat (Oct 1st or after that so she can be eligible for the 2018 GRAMMY Awards)

I have faith in Gaga BUT The GRAMMY executives/voters loves ADELE, and "25" has been a massive in album in a lot of ways (sales, promotion, hype, recognition, etc). I want Gaga to win but at the end who knows, she  might release the album in the 3rd quarter or 4th quarter OR 1st quarter of 2017 :toofunny: who knows?
