If Apple does it, everyone else will. It will become a new standard.

That's MY concern. I don't want wireless headphones. I think they're stupid, cost way too much and drain my phones battery. Not to mention that I don't want my music to sound like it was recorded from a potato (which is why i avoid Spotify at all costs already). A cheap, seemingly "antiquated" technique that works perfectly fine and ensures high quality is better than an expensive, new technique that runs at high risk of malfunctioning and greatly reducing the quality, in my opinion at least. I just think it's way too early to push wireless audio because technology has not progressed to the point of it being able to rival cable. All studio mics still use cable as well, even though wireless microphones have been around for CENTURIES. I'm sceptical it will catch on.

If I can afford the Bluetooth, thank god its wireless. If I can't afford it, I guess I'll go to the GalaxyS.

Ew. They will do everything for the money. The LG G5 has a dual camera already so nothing new. A phone that it's real value is 250$ and they sell it at +700$ just because it has an apple printed. Then they make you pay +100$ for a battery case that can only recharge 80% of the phone's battery (why don't they just put a huge battery inside???), 50$ for a gel case, 35$ for a dock, etc. Gosh I hate consumism so much. And yeah why did they find useless in a 3.5mm jack port? You can't play HQ music through bluetooth, all they're doing is make people buy exclusively their earphones or adapters. When I pay 700$ for a phone I expect that it can do everything that is available in the current technology. Scammers.

I will still stick with my 5S. I hate how technology is making the world lazier. Apple is best when it comes to macbooks but it seems like they are running out of ideas with iphones.

It feels so futuristic thinking that in 2 years after every phone follows Apple's lead, the headphone and earpones will be antiqued by wireless versions

I like that Apple are forcing progression tbh

Ridiculous, I drive a high end car, it just didn't come with bluetooth so their point isn't really valid :toofunny:

The headphone jack was never an issue so I'm not sure why they even want to remove it..

High end car without bluetooth, how???

Question is: what will be the price of those. It will be more than 40 bucks for sure.

An official Apple one will be extortionate if they make and sell one, but there will always be much cheaper alternatives from other companies :yay:

I do on an LG G3 from 2014 that works perfectly and has better camera, 2K screen, better audio, better battery than every iPhone. Apple is good on computers, but I hate their phones and their way to make people feel that they own something exclusive because they're expensive but not any new technologies.

Thank you. iPhone owners have a sense of superiority that just makes no sense. iPhones are good for taking selfies and that's pretty much it.
