Do what u want not topping the charts everywhere. It unofficially did in the UK it was selling on I Tunes for 3 weeks in the UK and it would have been a number 1 hit but the official charts didn't let it in until the release of ARTPOP so 3 weeks later it debuted at 9 instead of 1 so irritating.
